• • Delivery address — collected at checkout for shipping purposes only.
• • Payment reference — UPI transaction reference ID for order verification (we do not store full payment credentials).
• • Art submission details — child's name, age, and artwork information submitted by the parent/guardian.
• • Volunteer information — skills, availability, and motivation provided during sign-up.

• • Any data involving a child (art submissions, photographs, stories) is collected only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• • Parents and guardians must actively check a consent checkbox before submitting any data relating to their child.
• • Children's personal details (such as full name, school, age) are never displayed publicly without explicit parental consent.
• • We comply fully with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 of India regarding processing of children's data.
• • Parents/guardians may withdraw consent and request deletion of their child's data at any time by writing to us at contact@justforpurpose.com.

• • Order fulfilment — to process, pack, and ship your order and keep you updated via WhatsApp.
• • Communication — to respond to enquiries, provide support, and send important service notifications.
• • Donor Wall — your name and donation amount may be displayed publicly only if you explicitly consented to this during the donation process.
• • Program coordination — art submission and volunteer data is shared with Stand N Stride Foundation solely for program administration purposes.
• • Legal compliance — we may share data with authorities when required by law.

We Do NOT Sell Your Data

Just For Purpose will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is used solely for the purposes described in this policy. We do not engage in data brokerage or targeted advertising using personal data.

Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

• • Access the personal data we hold about you.
• • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• • Request deletion of your data (right to erasure), subject to legal retention requirements.
• • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
