Just For Purpose is a platform and marketplace that connects buyers with child artists through the Stand N Stride Foundation, a registered NGO. We are a social impact initiative, not a commercial retail enterprise.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Child Safety Policy.

• • Just For Purpose is not an employer of any child. Children participate as young artists and creators, not as employees or contract workers.
• • All child participation in the program is entirely voluntary, conducted under the supervision of Stand N Stride Foundation.
• • Participation does not interfere with school hours or education. All creative activities are conducted during non-school hours.
• • Written parental or guardian consent is mandatory before any child joins the program.
• • All child participation is facilitated, supervised, and overseen by Stand N Stride Foundation, a registered NGO with child welfare mandates.

Payments & Financial Transactions

• • No direct financial payments are made to minors. All proceeds from artwork sales are managed and disbursed by Stand N Stride Foundation for the educational benefit of the child artists.
• • Proceeds are directed toward the child's education fund, school supplies, tuition, and other educational expenses as determined by Stand N Stride Foundation.
• • By purchasing on this platform, you acknowledge that your payment contributes to the education fund and not to any personal account of a minor.
• • All payment processing is managed by the platform. We currently accept UPI payments.

Buyer Responsibilities

• • Buyers must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent to transact on this platform.
• • Buyers agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only.
• • Buyers agree not to resell purchased artwork for profit without explicit written permission from Just For Purpose.
• • Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information. Just For Purpose is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Content & Intellectual Property

• • Artwork, stories, and content submitted to Just For Purpose (including art submissions and testimonials) may be used for promotional, awareness-raising, and educational purposes with the submitter's explicit consent.
• • All website content, branding, and design are the intellectual property of Just For Purpose and may not be reproduced without permission.
• • Child artists retain moral rights over their artwork. Just For Purpose and Stand N Stride Foundation manage the commercial rights for the benefit of the child's education.

• • Just For Purpose reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or submission that violates these terms or our community standards.
• • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• • Product images are representative. As all products are handmade, minor variations in colour, size, and finish are inherent and expected.
• • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
