Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• ✓Item damaged in transit — if your item arrived broken, cracked, or significantly damaged due to shipping handling.
• ✓Wrong item sent — if you received a completely different product from what you ordered.

• ✗Change of mind — We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse on handmade items.
• ✗Minor variations — natural handmade imperfections, colour differences from the photo, or slight size variations.
• ✗Damage caused by the buyer after delivery.
• ✗Digital products — gift certificates and impact certificates are non-refundable once issued.
• ✗Returns initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery.

1. 1.Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
2. 2.Provide your Order ID and a clear photograph showing the damage or incorrect item.
3. 3.Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
4. 4.If approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected. Return shipping costs are borne by us if the item was damaged or incorrect.

• • Once a return is approved and the item is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI to the same UPI ID used for the order).
• • You will be notified via WhatsApp once the refund is processed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• ✓ If the item was damaged in transit or incorrect — return shipping is fully borne by Just For Purpose.
• ✗ In any other approved return scenario — return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
